Equine Red Light Therapy Wrap Manufacturer: Custom LED Wraps for Horses

Shenzhen, Guangdong Nov 4, 2026 (Issuewire.com) - Deploying effective equine red light therapy requires dedicated structural engineering. Equine wearable products require large-area fit to match anatomical contours, secure fastening against dense hair coats, and 12V low-voltage electrical safety for unpredictable barn environments.

Founded in 2017, Shenzhen HSY LED Technology Co., Ltd. (HSY Lighting) operates a 5,000+ m² in-house manufacturing facility with 6 automated SMT lines and 3 finished-product assembly lines. Delivering over 15,000+ units monthly across all categories, HSY provides professional B2B sourcing and OEM/ODM development for equine wellness hardware to over 500+ global clients.

Start With a Confirmed Product: The Equine Leg Wrap (HSYTPH0155)

For B2B sourcing, it is important to distinguish a product that is already manufactured from a concept that could be developed. HSY's confirmed current equine model reference is the HSYTPH0155 horse leg wrap.

Designed to contour the equine cannon bone and flexor tendons, this lightweight wrap utilizes a calibrated dual-band matrix of 660nm red and 850nm near-infrared wavelengths. While other body-area formats (such as hock boots, back blankets, or poll caps) can be discussed as OEM/ODM development directions, the HSYTPH0155 serves as the proven baseline for quality and optical performance.

Compliance Note: HSY equine devices are designed for animal wellness, post-exercise muscle recovery, and mobility support. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure veterinary medical conditions.

12V Low-Voltage Safety and Portability

Barns, paddocks, and competition arenas require safe and often untethered hardware configurations.

12V DC Architecture: Equine wraps operate in active stable environments where moisture or sudden movement may occur. HSY utilizes a 12V extra-low voltage direct current (DC) architecture to prevent electrical shock hazards and maintain comfortable biological touch temperatures.

Power Options: Depending on the project scope, setups can utilize regulated mains AC/DC power adapters for stable wash-stalls, or detachable rechargeable battery packs for field and travel use. (Battery options and run times should be clearly defined during the OEM engineering stage).

Materials, Fit, and Fastening for Equine Anatomy

Equine products are handled in environments where dust, hair, and repeated fastening are normal. HSY designs ergonomic structural architectures that balance flexibility with firm attachment:

High-Tensile Fasteners: Industrial-grade hook-and-loop (Velcro) straps anchor at reinforced seam points, allowing handlers to adjust tension precisely to different bone and muscle diameters.

Durable Textiles: Outer shells can be customized using tear-resistant Oxford fabrics or ballistic nylon, combined with reinforced perimeter stitching to resist mechanical stress from grooming or horse movement.

Flexible Circuitry: Beneath the textile, proprietary flexible printed circuit boards (FPCBs) withstand continuous bending and equine body motion without solder joint degradation.

Wavelength Precision and Fur Penetration

Photobiomodulation efficacy depends on targeted optical output. The 660nm band targets superficial skin layers and coat tissues, while 850nm near-infrared energy provides deep penetration into flexor tendons and joint capsules.

HSY executes strict incoming spectroscopic binning on all LED chips. We provide confirmed measured wavelength records with a ±5 nm tolerance. Furthermore, our constant-current driver boards deliver zero-flicker operation (<0.1% flicker) to prevent animal visual strain or behavioral spooking.

Manufacturing QC and 100% Aging

High-volume manufacturing reliability relies on institutionalized factory quality control. Prototyping a single horse wrap is easy; scaling it requires strict SOPs.

Mandatory Aging Tests: HSY confirms 100% continuous power-on aging testing for 8-24 hours as part of its recorded QC process to monitor thermal equilibrium and driver endurance before packaging.

Equine-Specific QC: For equine wraps, our inspections add specific checks for heavy-duty stitching, Velcro shear ratings, cable routing durability, and controller function to the standard electrical test requirements.

MOQ, Private Label, and Warranty Options

A private-label project can focus on logos, labeling, manuals, and custom packaging using the existing HSYTPH0155 platform. More extensive changes to patterns, LED layouts, or power architectures fall under OEM/ODM development.

MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity): Device MOQ, logo MOQ, and custom-packaging MOQ vary. Standard evaluation samples are typically 1-2 units, while custom private label packaging starts around 500 units.

Compliance: HSY maintains strict external compliance, listing CE, FCC, RoHS, ISO 9001, ISO 13485, and FDA establishment registration. (Note: FDA registration is not FDA approval).

Warranty: HSY's current company policy for non-panel products (including all equine wraps and pet pads) provides a clear 1-Year Warranty.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Which HSY equine product is currently confirmed?

The HSYTPH0155 is our confirmed and proven horse leg wrap reference.

Does HSY currently offer every equine body-area wrap?

Not as standard off-the-shelf SKUs. Formats like back blankets, hock wraps, or poll caps should be treated as OEM/ODM development possibilities, which HSY's engineering team is fully equipped to support.

Why is 12V low voltage critical for equine therapy wraps?

A 12V extra-low voltage DC architecture ensures absolute electrical safety in unpredictable barn environments. It prevents severe shock hazards if the animal accidentally steps on, pulls, or chews the device.

Can wavelength and controls be customized?

Yes. Custom combinations of wavelengths (e.g., 660nm/850nm ratios), timer settings, and pulsing modes can be discussed within the feasibility of an OEM/ODM project.

What warranty applies to equine red light therapy wraps?

Under HSY's current company rule, all non-panel wearable products, including equine wraps, carry a 1-year factory warranty.
